MD & T is a recruitment agency in South Yorkshire. We are looking to hire part-time and full-time care assistants. Due to our increasing home occupancy, we are looking to recruit Day/Night Care Assistants to join our highly trained and caring team within a well-presented nursing home,
Duties & Responsibilities:
This role involves the following duties & responsibilities

• Personal care for the residents, including dressing, washing, bathing and using toilet facilities
• Assisting at meal times
• To make and change beds and tidy rooms.
• Maintain accurate notes and records and hand information on shift changeover.
• To help in the promotion of mental and physical activities through talking to residents, taking them out, sharing with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies, and recreation
• To answer emergency call bells promptly
